Returns & Refunds

General

We hope you’ll love your Baynhams order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.

This excludes the following:

• perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)

• medicines

• items personalised for you

• sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)

 

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

 

Before returning an item, you must obtain an RMA (return material authorisation) number by emailing hello@baynhams.com.

 

Returns procedure

You can easily return all or part of your order by post, just follow these instructions:

• Email our customer team on hello@baynhams.com requesting a return, once authorised you will receive an RMA number and a Return Shipping Label.

• Print and attach the Return Shipping Label to the outside of the parcel.

• We will organise for the courier to collect the parcel from the original delivery address.

 

We will send you an e-mail to notify you when the refund has been processed.

 

Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of this email for this credit to appear on your account.
